Lupus or SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) is an Auto-immune disorder that affects body's immune system which attacks tissues and organs and entire system. Inflammation affects various body systems like bone joints, kidneys, skin, brain, heart and lungs. Some people may be born with the vulnerability to develop Lupus and it triggers due to infections, certain drugs or sunlight.
