Margdarsi, a non-profit charitable organization established in the year 1995 with an objective to serve the society in the field of medical rehabilitation services, mental health care and education in health sciences.
Margdarsi established Mental Health clinic with an intent to promote mental health of all age group in the society and prevent social stigma, suicide and negative attitudes and beliefs towards people who are suffering from mental health conditions.
Mental health includes the psychological and emotional well-being. Looking at the present scenario, the mental health is really important to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Mental health is more than the absence of mental disorders. This is vital part of our life from childhood till old age. Mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction and other conditions that affects our thinking, mood, feeling and behavior in our day to day life.
A lot of factors responsible for mental health problems such as Biological factors, Life experiences, environmental or Family history of mental health problems.
Mental disorder is not just some words, such as worry, stress etc. Starting from heredity to Psychosomatic diseases which will bounce back to Somatopsychic again (like a cycle).
